At Eden Hills Land Management, our work goes beyond simply removing trees or moving dirt. We focus on building functional landscapes — clearing land, creating water features, and improving habitat to make properties more usable, productive, and resilient.
From land clearing and pond construction to targeted habitat improvement, we bring a versatile, problem-solving approach to every project. Whether preparing a homesite, building a pond, improving wildlife habitat, or opening up ground for food plots and access, we use the right tools and methods to achieve lasting results.
We are committed to being good stewards of Creation and working alongside landowners to bring their vision to life — managing land with care, purpose, and long-term value in mind.

Our Roots
Eden Hills Land Management was built on a strong foundation of service, education, and hands-on experience in land and natural resource management. The company draws from a background that includes military service, formal training in wildlife and forestry, and professional work alongside federal conservation agencies.
Experience gained through service in the U.S. Marine Corps shaped a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to complex projects and challenging environments. That foundation was further strengthened through academic training in Wildlife Resource Management and Timber Harvesting, providing a deep understanding of sustainable land use, forest health, and habitat development.
This combination of practical field experience and technical knowledge has been refined through work with organizations such as the U.S. Forest Service, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and state wildlife agencies. The result is a land management approach that prioritizes sound planning, environmental responsibility, and results that hold up over time.
For landowners, this means working with a company that understands the land from both an ecological and functional perspective — and applies that understanding to create practical, well-executed solutions that add long-term value to their property.
Grant, our founder and owner, now resides in Southern Ohio with his wife, and baby girl, building and maintaining their dream property.

Above all else, we desire to see all come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, King of the Universe. (1 Timothy 2:3-4) Scripture teaches that all have sinned and are separated from God, deserving judgment. (Romans 3:23) Yet God, rich in mercy, sent His Son Jesus Christ to take our place (John 3:16) — living without sin, dying on the cross as a sacrifice for sinners, and rising from the dead in power and glory (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9), sins are forgiven (Matthew 9:6), repentant hearts are made new (Ezekiel 36:26), and eternal life is secured (John 6:47). This Gospel is the foundation of our faith, the source of our hope, and the reason we seek to honor God in every aspect of our work.
